Following the conclusion of the high school season, we are excited to host the Cross Country Championships again in Bismarck, ND!
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Individuals: USATF Membership is required.

Teams: USATF Membership is required.
TEAM SCORING: 8 athletes on the team entry/declaration form may be declared as scoring athletes. The top 5 finishers among the declared runners will score.
COMPETITION BIB NUMBERS: All competitors must wear their assigned bib numbers during competition, chest-high on the front of their jerseys. Bib numbers will be distributed to athletes starting at 10:00 am near the starting line.
EVENT RESULTS: Event results will be posted
AWARDS: USATF Junior Olympic medals will be awarded to the top fifteen individuals in each age division and gender.
ADVANCEMENTS for Youth – The national meet is open entry, so there is no qualification meet.
ENTRY FEES & DEADLINES: DEADLINE TO ENTER IS Friday, Nov 13th @ 10:00 PM!
Individual Entries: $10.00 per athlete.
Open and Master’s athletes, please register on Athletic.net for the Open/Masters meet. Ages 8 & Under: 2,000 meters at 10:30 AM Ages 9-12: 3,000 meters at 11:00 AM Ages 13 & 14: 4,000 meters at 11:30 AM Ages 15-18: 5,000 meters at 12:10 PM Masters & Open Men: 8,000 meters at 1:00 PM Masters & Open Women: 6,000 meters at 2:00 PM
